Surface Cleans

With Emerald Clean’s surface clean you can rest assure that all of the cleaning basics are taken care of. The home will be left sparkling clean for your arrival so you can spend quality time with the family, cooking dinner, reading, or catching up on your favorite shows.

Kitchens

• Counters washed with soapy water and wiped dry for an optimal clean

• Stove Top cleaned/metal grates removed and washed

• Microwave cleaned inside and out

• Outside of all appliances shined

• Sink scrubbed out w/ bona ami powder and faucet shined 

• Floors

• Empty trash

• Dishwasher (outside only)

Bathrooms

• Sinks

• Countertops

• Mirrors

• Faucets (always polished)

• Toilet w/ring removal

• Hand wash around Toilets

• Empty trash

• Shower stall- we use Bona Ami powder to remove soap scum residue

• Bathtub scrub, rinse, and dry

Throughout

• Dust from top to bottom

• Vacuum all floors

• Vacuum Stairs

• Throw rugs cleaned

• Empty waste baskets

• Clean all mirrors

• Dust window ledges

• Dust all furniture

• Clean all glass surfaces

• Remove fingerprints/smudges

• Fluff pillows/organize throw blankets

• Make Beds (please specify during consultation if you'd like us to swap out sheets and do laundry for an extra fee)
